It started with my Family.

I watched the women in my own family want to change their health and just not know where to start — or get handed a generic plan by a trainer who took the money and disappeared. It never sat right with me.

I train and compete at Loughborough, the world's number one ranked sports university, on a pathway to go professional in American football and cricket. That means I'm inside elite strength, recovery and nutrition systems every single week — and I bring that same rigour to coaching women who've never had a real, personal plan built for them.

Before you book

I've never really trained before — is this for me?
Completely. Most of the women I coach are starting from scratch or coming back after years away. The whole point is that I meet you where you are and build from there — no assumptions, no judgment.
Is this only for women going through menopause?
No. I coach women 35+ across the board who want to change their fitness and lifestyle. Some are perimenopausal or menopausal and I absolutely build for that — but you don't need to be at any particular life stage to work with me.
Do I need a gym?
Not necessarily. I build your plan around what you have access to — a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or somewhere in between. We'll sort that on your first call.
Is the coaching in person or online?
Online — video calls and direct messaging — so we can work together wherever you are, flexibly around your schedule.
What if it doesn't work for me?
